This Cookie Policy explains cookies and related storage used by robolasercell.com, a Robo Laser Cell / 3D Robotic website. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how inquiry and technical information is handled.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small value a website stores in your browser and may receive again on a later request. Session cookies normally last for a browsing session; persistent cookies have an expiry time. First-party cookies are associated with the website you visit, while third-party technologies involve another provider.
Browser storage, cached resources and security tokens are related technologies but are not all cookies. Server-side database records are stored on the server, not in your browser. The distinctions matter when you manage or delete information.
2. The website’s default functions
The supplied Robo Laser Cell theme does not set advertising or audience analytics cookies and does not add analytics pixels, embedded maps or third-party fonts. It does not use localStorage or sessionStorage to track public visitors. Reading the informational pages does not require creating an account or logging in.
WordPress can use essential cookies for administrator sign-in and account preferences. When configured, the Contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the inquiry form. Hosting, security settings or added plugins may introduce additional storage independently of the theme.
3. Cookies and storage by function
The table describes relevant WordPress and security functions. Conditional entries apply only when that feature is used or enabled; they are not a claim that every visitor receives every cookie. Names can include a site-specific hash or user identifier. Exact lifetime can be changed by WordPress, plugins, session settings or the security provider.
| Name or category | Purpose and when used | Typical duration or control |
|---|---|---|
| wordpress_test_cookie | WordPress checks whether the browser accepts cookies when the login page is used. | Session; only relevant to login. |
| wordpress_[hash], wordpress_sec_[hash], wordpress_logged_in_[hash] | Authentication and logged-in session protection for authorized account users. Not required to read public pages or submit an inquiry. | Authentication/session period; may be extended by “Remember Me” or configured site settings. |
| wp-settings-[user], wp-settings-time-[user] | WordPress interface preferences for logged-in users. | Generally up to one year, subject to configuration and browser deletion. |
| wp_lang | May preserve the selected language on the WordPress login interface. | Session, when a login language is selected. |
| Cloudflare Turnstile challenge token | A short-lived verification response used to authorize a form submission. A response token is not itself an advertising cookie. | Temporary, single-use verification; controlled by Cloudflare. |
| cf_clearance — conditional | Cloudflare may set a security clearance cookie if pre-clearance or another Cloudflare challenge feature is enabled. The theme does not itself enable that dashboard setting. | Set by the active Cloudflare security configuration; not a fixed theme lifetime. |
| Server-side form security records | Temporary rate-limit and duplicate-prevention entries. These are WordPress server records, not browser cookies. | Rate counters approximately one hour; duplicate-prevention entries approximately 24 hours, followed by cleanup. |
WordPress documents its cookie behavior in the WordPress cookies reference. Public comments and customer registration are not supplied as active features by this theme. If those features are introduced, their storage must be reflected in this notice.
4. Cloudflare Turnstile and security
Turnstile performs a browser security check and returns a token for server verification. It processes technical connection signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. It can function without a persistent clearance cookie; clearance behavior depends on the Cloudflare configuration.
Cloudflare explains the associated processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Its clearance documentation explains conditional clearance cookies. We do not promise that the deployed hosting or security configuration is cookie-free.
Blocking the security script or disabling JavaScript may prevent verification and online form submission. You can still reach us at [email protected] or +1 224 549 40 44.
5. Form security records
The inquiry form contains hidden nonce and signed timing fields to help reject invalid requests. Successful submissions create temporary server-side identifiers for duplicate protection and keyed network/email hashes for rate limiting. These functions do not create an advertising profile or enroll you in marketing.
The form result is displayed using a status code in the page URL. Your name, email and message are not placed in that confirmation URL. Website inquiry records and mail logs are separate from cookies and are scheduled for deletion after 3650 days; scheduler timing and separate mailbox or backup retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your browser controls
Your browser settings usually let you inspect stored cookies, delete existing data, block selected sites or restrict third-party storage. You can also clear site data on your device. Controls differ between browsers and devices; apply your choices separately where necessary.
Deleting cookies does not prevent the site or provider from setting them again if you later use the relevant function and your settings allow it. Blocking WordPress authentication cookies can prevent administrator login. Blocking security resources can prevent the inquiry form from working.
Deleting browser cookies does not delete a message already submitted to us, a server-side inquiry record or an email. For those requests, contact us using the details below.
7. Optional services and preferences
No optional analytics, advertising or personalization service is included in the supplied theme. The theme therefore does not display a choice panel for those absent services. This statement describes the supplied configuration and is not a blanket exemption from consent requirements.
If optional tracking is added, its provider, purpose, storage period and available choices must be disclosed, and consent controls must be implemented where required before that tracking is activated. A form acknowledgment is not cookie consent. Browser privacy signals do not create an opt-in to tracking; any obligations associated with those signals depend on the applicable law and the deployed service.
8. External sites and configuration changes
Ordinary external links take you to a provider’s own website; its cookie and privacy notices apply there. The theme uses a locally stored concept illustration and system font fallbacks, so those assets do not require contacting a remote image or font service.
Added plugins, embedded videos, chat tools, analytics, CDN features and hosting changes can alter this inventory. Their actual storage and request behavior must be reviewed when the live configuration changes. A theme update does not audit independently installed services.
